Business firms are increasing rapidly day by day all over the world. All the investors are trying to take the advantage of border-less  market. On the other hand most of the country trying to give loan at a low interest rate for new entrepreneurs. A company is an individual identity (under the company Act.1994). Where people use language to communicate with each others, a business also have a language and that is accounting. A business skilled person can handle a firm very smoothly, and  it can grow rapidly. Developing country's are suffering for the lack of business skilled person. If we can produce professional business skilled person like ACA, FCA, CIMA, MPA would be very helpful for the growth of business firms especially for the developing country's. We know the business industries are the precondition of economic development.
